Our city has awesome free concerts in the park every Tuesday and Friday evening in the summer. We decided to take the boys and see how it went, even though the music doesn't start until 8:00, their bedtime. It was a hit! We packed a picnic dinner and some Go Fish cards and headed down about 6:00.
These pictures were taken before the concert even started, while the Celtic band was practicing. Jacob and Isaac had so much fun dancing to the music! And we (and everyone around us) had fun watching them.
John Travolta? Stayin' Alive!
We went on a Tuesday when they have Community Sing before the concert. All the kids are invited to go on stage for the Pledge of Allegiance. Never thought the boys would go, but they did. They faced the opposite direction of the flag, but they were probably some of the youngest kids up there too. It was cute!
