Michigan Pictures

Our computer was down last week, so I am just now getting around to doing some blogging.

I've got a bunch of pictures that were taken during our trip to Michigan for Grandma's funeral. Here goes......

This was taken on our way there. Isn't it just too sweet?

Even though we were pretty busy while during our stay, we did have some down time.

Guess Handy Manny didn't hold Jeff's interest. Jacob seems pretty riveted, though!

CHEESE!

Isaac LOVED riding around in this box and my dad loved pushing him around in it.

Jacob had a hard time taking a nap when we first got there. He was downstairs with my parents and I was upstairs with Isaac. Jacob kept saying, 'Mommy coming soon. Isaac coming soon.' He was just so tired and needed his mommy. My mom finally just sat with him on the couch and he fell right asleep. Doesn't he look cozy all 'nuggled' in grandma's afghan?

My dad and brothers took Jacob out to play in the snow.
As soon as he got out the door, he took off running for the field behind my grandma's house.

They made a cool snow fort

Jacob loved the snow and still talks about it!

While we were there, Isaac turned one, so my aunt made a cake and got little gifts for the boys.
Isaac with his giggly mouse

Jacob with his new police matchbox cars.
Jeff got pulled over for running a red light while we were there, so these matchbox cars are a reminder of Jacob's first run-in with the law.

This picture is of horrid quality, but I am posting it anyway because it is so cute. While we waited to board on the way home, Isaac pushed Jacob around in his travel carseat. They both got a huge kick out of it and it kept them occupied for a long time.

Stay tuned for a post about Isaac's birthday and some pictures and videos taken over the past few weeks. Too tired to post more now. Must go plop on the couch and veg until bedtime. :P
