More fun with liquid nitrogen

Before Alan had to return the liquid nitrogen to school, he decided to have a little fun experimenting with it by making ice cream pops.

First you put blogs-o-ice cream on sticks and pop 'em back in the freezer for a bit. Then you smoothy-smooth the ice cream down with a spoon. Like this.

Next you dip it in the liquid nitrogen

Then into a pot of melted chocolate

Then back into the liquid nitrogen

And voila!

We attempted sprinkles next

That will take a bit of practice, but it was fun!
