A long while back Jacob was asking several times a day to use the potty and he would occasionally go. Then something happened and he wanted NOTHING to do with the potty. I think I have mentioned that he was adamantly against it. If we mentioned the potty or underwear he would get frantic. FRANTIC!! We kept suggesting, but not pushing. Then early last week, he decided that the potty was okay again. We suggested using it and he obliged and even went! We were so excited! We asked if wanted to wear his Elmo undies and he said yes. He's done this before and as soon as we put them on, he would take them off and ask to wear a different pair, with it all ending in an undie fashion show. This time, however, he kept them on and he hasn't worn diapers since. Its been over a week now and he's had a few accidents, but is really doing fantastic, I think. He is so proud of himself too. Especially those first days. If he went, he would say, 'I tell Daddy and Isaac' Then he would tell them that he got a candy (If he goes on the potty, he gets an M&M) and then after prompting will say that he went potty.
We've also been doing a sticker chart to chart his progress and these pictures were taken yesterday after he completed a week of training. He didn't want us to take his picture with it, he just wanted to color on it.

Here we suggested raising it in the air so we could take a picture

Okay, well how about putting it on your chest so we can see it. That didn't really work either, but oh well.

So proud! Look at the chocolate on his mouth - remnants of his M&M reward.

Alright, we're done here. Time for bed!

I'm a little jealous that your potty training seems to go be going so much better than mine! At least Jacob is wearing underwear :)
