The little egg is from one of our young chickens (most likely a Rhode Island Red) and the other one is from Lily, just to show the difference in size. A chicken's first eggs are small so even though this one is dinky, eventually this chicken will lay normal-sized eggs.
I am so excited that my 'babies' have started laying!
